I’ve never heard of losing weight as a pregnant woman, unless there’s severe and prolonged vomiting/morning sickness. Be careful Kay. Please focus on a healthy baby, and it’ll all be fine I hope!! Not sure losing should be a top priority right now, a slow gain, but a loss??? Idk...just want you AND baby safe and healthy!!💕💕

"Fit moms" is a real thing, probably her weight loss is just water, Kay is trying to minimize the weight gain. But there are other pregnant women here losing weight, because they are overweight.

A pregnant woman should start increasing her calories at her second trimester, and a little bit more her third one.The first trimester at maintenance if her weight is normal, should eat more if she is under weight or less if she is overweight.
What is not recommended is Fasting while pregnant.

Yup no fasting! As much as I’d like to. .... I average 2700 calories a day... but I’m still running, lifting weights and I am a shipbuilding Union Woman 😆

Thank you everybody! I have to really fight the urge to over eat on a minute by minute basis. Working out has helped me so much! Then I can justify the extra calories. But I have specific ranges to keep in target with my doctor, who is aware of my binge eating addiction that I’d like to keep in the past. Thank you everyone for your concern! As always, I send out my love to you all!
