Good morning FS, so by my calculations one 2in x 2in bday cake and 1/9 of a Louisiana crunch cake is a gain of 12 ounces.... arghh. Back in the saddle today. Have a healthy day 🙋
193.7 lb Lost so far: 36.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
