brkfst- 2 eggs over-easy w/ 2 thin slices of tasteless Canadian bacon and orange juice.
lunch- 1/2 egg salad sandwich w/ 1cup Chex Mix;
snack ice cream cone W/ 2 scoops Snickers ice cream on waffle cone
dinner- turkey sausage skillet w/ rice and green pepper s.
dessert- Fit and Active Strawberry ice cream bar.

Pissed- kicking my diet in the face today! Lost 3 lbs my first week, tried to eat healthy 2nd week but snacking killed me and gained it all back, even staying pretty active raking the yard, riding my bike and DIY projects.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
