Rough couple of days. Put hubbys dad in hospital, put MIL in 5 days of respite care. Hubby had huge set back with recovering from knee replacement surgery. So I gave myself permission to have wine and eat chips. Back at it today.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
