Last night we went out to dinner again and it was fabulous. We ate at Brio Tuscan Grille and of course I cleaned all my delicious plates including dessert. As a result, I ate "Poorly" at 136% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .7% but still in range...
155.3 lb Lost so far: 29.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey maintenance is never static, why not enjoy a few good meals AND desert...just a good reason to keep in the zone!!
