Yesterday was a lift day, I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .1% My body fat is at it's lowest since I started tracking it but my weight is lower than desired...
153.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
