Day 5 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Blood sugar 96 mg/dL

I was able to 🏃🏾‍♂️ run yesterday, but later, because of the 🌧 rain, I didn’t get a chance to walk at lunch ☹

Weight loss has been slower this week than usual. I did not run as much as I usually do (off by at least 50%).

However, in the mirror I feel I look very thin.

I do not think I will try to get below 160lbs even if it means I will only be about 20% body fat.

I may have to recommit to the 🏋🏾‍♂️ weight lifting if I want to get lower than 160lbs and not look skinny and frail.

😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, lifting pays off after you get to the desired weight level. You might have to reduce your running distance, as it will burn the muscle & fat.

@srossca - Yeah, I will have to see how much I can lift without 'carbing up' and with my running (yes I agree, from my experience, 'running' is NOT helpful for weightlifting, it drains needed glycogen). However, the 'bulking' and 'cutting' process is just something I can't do anymore. Hard on my body and even harder on me 'mentally' Haha!
