No bowel movement (sorry tmi) for 4 days but I guess I just lost water weight

The naturopathic clinic I am going to for weight loss gave me aloe capsules when I started the program. I’ve always been super regular but i guess when you start a new diet it is common to get a little backed up. You should definitely do something to get it moving again, not good for your colon to stay full like that!
