So I’m surprised again! I ate literally all day long! I ate 1800 calories again (I’ve eaten 1800 calories for 5 days in a row) but didn’t really have any junk. Except for the reduced fat Trader Joe’s cheese puffs 🙌
154.6 lb Lost so far: 54.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You work out though ya ?? I think I’ve been starving myself or something because I haven’t been consuming as much as I should with how much I work out. Happy dance for you CTD!! You’re on a roll lady!

I have a very active job so I really don’t work out. This week I did squats 1 time and did crunches 2 times.

Exercising definitely makes me really hungry. I really don’t know how many calories I can eat. It never seems to stay the same even though my activity for the week is almost always the same.
