So I was correct and the scale was just throwing me a bone yesterday. Heavy sigh!

Hey it's SEAFOOD FRIDAY y'all, so I left the Shrimp Roll (that I drove all over hell and back to buy for my lunch today) on the kitchen table this morning. Guess it will still be good to eat for my dinner tonight.

Don't gloom-and-doom yet ... betcha tomorrow you will be down a couple of pounds .... its your body adjusting ... have faith and trust that all the good you are doing will pay off. It WILL. Keep us posted!

I hate it when I lose a pound or so the next morning there it is right back on! It is frustrating!
