Hmmm not sure if I was retaining water or if I’m dehydrated now. Haven’t been eating as much lately. Long story but more of the same I’ve posted about before then some issues at home.

Anyway, no clue on this but I’ll take it! Kiddo was 117 at her last appt and next week she will probably be the same. That means I need to feed her a bit more or keep eating a bit less to get to 116.8 😁. I was thinking a pound less but I’ll take an ounce less. Wanting to increase my calories to 1800 since FS says that’s my maintenance. Want to test the theory! My counselor says she’s eating healthier and asking me tons of diet questions. She agrees that my body is becoming used to these lower calories and I need an increase. So much so that she’s suggested an immediate increase (in small amounts I told her) to get back on track. She’s one I’m afraid will go fast at the start like I did. She has to have her hernia repaired first. She strikes me as the slow and steady type but she’s been asking a lot of questions over the last few months. That makes me think she’s getting frustrated. Frustration is why I started like I did. This person is nice. I’m kinda hopeful she will want to go to the gym with me. Not sure how that would affect the client/counselor stuff though. She’s also more my moms age. Well maybe a few years younger. Doesn’t bother me as the friend I talk to a lot is 14 years older than I. Mom likes to date older men and I’m more comfortable with older friends lol. Although gray hair... 🤪. Too bad hubby shaves his bald hehe.

Oh lord it’s one of those days! Stress upon going to bed. Stress upon waking. Didn’t sleep well. Nauseous yet super hungry. Sore and need my back to pop. And based on my thoughts and my post I’d say I need more sleep. Maybe I’ll watch Sean Connery to help me have pleasant dreams 😁🤪😁.

Why do you have to feed her more or you eat less? it's a kind of competition?

Lol yep. She’s 13 and keeps telling me she will take after daddy and be bigger than me soon. Her hair is longer (chemo duh child lol), her feet are bigger and now she’s 1/4” shorter than me. But she says she won’t weigh as much as me. She’s kinda shocked that I’ve lost 40#. I told her the weight was the only one I could control do if make sure to get lower than her. No time limit so I can always wait until she has her first baby in like 20-30 years hehe. She thinks she will be taller before it weigh less. Dr will weigh us on Monday so that’s the real time goal. She was 117 last time and I was 123. I’m 118 now so we will see if she’s gained or not or if I retain water that day. I was considering no carbs and a liquid diet mostly the day before but that seems like cheating to me. Plus we are watching a play and taking my grandma in law to dinner so eating healthy and light won’t be an option lol.

Yep! I’ve lost strength while she’s gained it. Soon I’ll start lifting weights again and doing more body exercises. My kiddo has PE and athletics M-F plus 25 minutes of track M-F mornings and 1-2 afternoons a week for an hour. Mind you she’s not active that whole time but I’d guess half at least. She’s also young. She’ll always beat me on strength and I’m proud of her. She’s not thinking and talking about calories. She also thinks she’s getting fat so I constantly have her tighten and flex then poke at her so she sees what is soft and what is not. Being female her mid section will always be softer and she’s a kid so doesn’t eat as healthy as she could. But she’s a kid and that’s okay as long as she doesn’t make really bad life long habits. She has nice biceps, thighs and glutes lol. She also lifts weights once a week for an hour I think.
