Getting closer to the being in the 180s!

It's nice to have to have lost 10 lbs since finding this site and almost 15 lbs in total. Better eating choices and regular exercise are help!

It's great to hear my DH comment that I'm looking better and that he's proud of me for accomplishing this. And you know you're doing good when all your clothes are getting very loose even the pants that I purchased in August are starting to look a bit baggy!!

Thanks to FS for getting me on track!

Great Job Aggie- you should be proud of yourself for the accomplishment. It really does motivate you to keep going when people notice you looking better and your clothes are loose. I love that feeling :) Hope it warms up in your part of the world and the sun keeps shining. Have a good weekend.

Woohooo!!! Hooray for almost 10lbs! I was just telling someone else the other day that the "snowball affect" in weight loss is really motivating, in that once you lose a few pounds then you get motivated to see the scaled go down even more, and then when your clothes start fitting loosely you get excited to try on other clothes that have been tight, and that motivates you even more, and then when people start noticing and giving you compliments that also motivates you, so it seems to build on itself! It's just getting that jump start that seems so tough for many of us! You're doing GREAT!
