I didn't work out yesterday, but I made healthy food choices, so I'm happy about that. I was showing houses to Stephanie Dasilva most of the day. We went to Chelos and I had salad with grilled chicken. Later. Bertucci's with Cara and I had the same thing
157.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
