This next one goes out to the one I love: Diablo (my beastly bestie 😜).

I'm doing it early, sir. I'm keeping my shirt on all summer and just going for a fat-tastic "dad bod" while making some true gains (hopefully) 💪.

4 months of solid bulking starting - drum roll please badabadabadabada........ Monday.

D got me thinking about - not just NOT having fat-phobia while bulking, but just mindlessly eating. I'll step that down a tick and use my mind while mindlessly eating. I'll log, I'll just log big 👌

Sure, I'll have my treats, but this go-round is mostly about all rice, taters, veggies, fruits, and other good-for-me carbs. I'll toss in a cheat day to get all my donuts and pizzaness in too, never fear!

Coming out of the skinny body I've been stuck in for so long. Time to double the intensity and add an hour at the gym 5 days a week to compensate!

Haha 237 would be an absolute dream weight and I'd look like skeletor fo sho! That's why I'm getting my sights on 250. I think I might have been 237 around high school at 5'10"

Hey, if I get there I'll post pictures.. But I doubt that day will come. I got a scheduled dexa 1 year from first one coming up, I don't think I went down on the 190lb lbm since last year with all the lifting. But hey, I'm always up for a good surprise!
