17 hours since I ate last night. Lunch yesterday was 23.5 hours from the time I’d eaten before (not to mention the one beer). Guess depression this round is good for IF.

Hubby decided to be nice and get me a small kids burger from Five guys. Wish he’d have asked me first. For 100 kcal more I could’ve had two large pieces of my leftover pizza like planned. This little thing by itself won’t keep me full until dinner. He’ll be irritated when he finds I haven’t touched the fries but I absolutely hate reheated or cold fries. And they just aren’t worth the calories for this thick fries. Now Freddy’s fries are worth the calories lol.

Tried the new bed last night. Says I slept 4.5 hours. Didn’t found the 3-4 times I was up for the bathroom or just to stretch and walk around cause my back hurt. I kept playing with the numbers but it never did feel comfortable. Laid on the thing for the last 3.5 hours and slept maybe 2 of that. Haven’t checked to see what the app says but I clocked it on my phone. Did the same last night and was 3-3.5 hours of sleep vs the apps saying 4.5. It must count staring at the ceiling as sleeping 😉. As hubby says... 3-6 more nights. 3-6 more nights of back and hip hurting, very little sleep, cranky mornings, headaches and naps just trying to regain some sleep I lost. I hurt so bad right now that I want to cry then call my salon and see if my massage appointment can be moved to right now instead of in two weeks. I’m gonna need that appt if it doesn’t learn my body soon. (Even have it set as the lady said and hubby ran through the diagnostic thing again and I hurt on every single setting. I think now I’ll have to stop hurting before I’ll be able to judge accurately.)
120.2 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! Hubby says he slept like a baby. Yet he tossed a lot and snored all night. If I’m awake all night tonight I’m gonna record him. Better than laying staring at the ceiling lol. Have to be at the school tomorrow afternoon so really need to sleep today. My naps on the bed today left me less tired but not rested. Seems like I laid down most of the last 20 hours 🤦‍♀️

Thanks! The soreness was here again this morning but went away faster. I’m wondering if part of the problem is that my back needs adjusted. I realized that my larger left love handle isn’t all fat... that hip is higher for some reason. My chiropractor would adjust my hips and back both and said that both seem to slip often. Assumed he wanted more of my $ but maybe he was being honest lol. $10 per 15 minute adjustment with my insurance so I’ll see about making an appt and see if that helps. Thanks again!
