I've been trying new Keto recipes and loving all that I've tried. I'm glad I enjoy cooking, it makes eating on this plan easier.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too! Have you checked out Pinterest for recipes? There are great ones on there. This morning I made blueberry muffins that were to die for!
