Yesterday and today....this is why the scale is a tool and when you know you are on the right path that you do not let it get you down. I have been exercising and eating right. I know I cannot gain several pounds over night, but yet the scale reflected it. I know my clothes weren't tighter. I know my back was sore for a couple days. I know my muscles have been a little sore. That soreness will create the muscles to hold onto fluid as they repair themselves. Our bodies are amazing, but I feel like mine is also a walking biology project...lol. Despite what the scale says I have felt great. Do I still cry on days missing my Mama? Sure I do, but I feel great. Don't let the scale dictate to you.

I needed that! I checked my weight it said I gained 10 pounds in 2 week. I checked it again I gained 5 pounds over night. Not sure whats happening as I completely changed my diet to healthy. I’ve decided not to constantly worry about what the scale says and just keep trying to lose and check the scale as Farley as ever.
