Okay so doing a happy dance...bye bye 230's hello to the 220's....even if it is only by 4 tenths of a pound..hehe!!

Anyway I know that this could fluctuate 'flo' is nearing my door. However, I feel good and the benefit of weight loss is a great plus. I am proud of myself for not eating the crap and I remind myself that it makes me feel bad. Hopefully, this time I have learned my lesson.

Even last night my Husband wanted me to meet him after his work ended to look at furniture. I did and then it was 6:45 and he asks oh what were you doing for dinner. Of course he was hungry and wanted to stop because he could not wait. He stopped at Arby's and I made myself a hamburger crust pizza when I got home...very proud of myself for that. He said he felt bad and I assured him not to feel bad.

So here we are approaching the weekend...I have soups in the fridge. Need to get some sugarfree jello today to have on hand, and otherwise I think I am in a good spot!
