I got back home last night from a week away from my home scale. It was a decent resort that we choose because it had good amenities like indoor pools and well equipped gyms. I didn't weigh myself while away because I prefer to use my scale at home to be consistent. I did log all my meals and snacks every day. I maintained my normal workout routine of mixing it up.

We ate an early dinner at Captain George's Buffet in Williamsburg,Va. to celebrate my Son-inlaw's father birthday. It cost $40.00 a person to eat there so I ate plenty to make sure I got my money's worth. They had a large assortment of delicious sea and other foods. The result was that I ate "Poorly" at 142% of goal. I thought that one meal alone would cause to gain in weight and body fat. I exceeded my protein goal and struggled but met all activity goals even with the drive back home. To my amazement my BF percentage is unchanged for the week...
155.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
