39.5% I'm not entirely sure that my decision to make a commitment to my boyfriend so quickly was a good one (although it seemed perfect at the time), but I do have to say that the distraction from weighing in is helping me. Now that he's around to distract me by telling me how gorgeous I already am, I am weighing myself less, so every time I weigh, I get results! I think I'll keep up with this new schedule of weighing every two or three days.

how are you all today?
171.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

I'm so glad for you! I find that if I relax more about the whoel diet and exercise thing, my weight goes down faster... I'm doing so well now that my internet seems to be working better!

Overall you're doing a great job. Don't put too much pressure on yourself about the diet. Your diet should be fun, challenging, and exciting. Stay motivated and have fun with it.
