Feeling a little loopy today. No morning workout, I'll try to get one in tonight. I've had some long working days that I think are catching up with me. Hoping I can
get some rest today and feel better tomorrow....I need a vacation!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
