It's working. Thanks for all the advice. How long before the 30 grams or less is achievable by the avg person. I've been checking my urine for ketones I started at a negative but last night it was 1.5. Is that good after 2 days? Have a healthy day🙋
198.7 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is good to see ketones. I means it is working. When I started keto I just went to 20 carbs over night. Whatever works best for you.

Did you eat meat with carbs in them today? Try to find unprocessed protein sources.

Readings above 0.5 indicate nutritional ketosis. 1.5 is great!

I'm trying to restrict the meats to unprocessed however it is difficult. Thanks folks.
