This is the fourth day in a row I have seen 163; but it keeps going down ... 163.8; 163.5; 163.3; and now 163.2 ... lol ... like it is being stubborn and refuses to let me say I have lost six pounds. No, just 5.8 ... hoping it is a bit more generous tomorrow! 🤪
163.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
