Crazy weights lately - went down to 250 10/11 but then back to 260 10/17 then back to 250 10/19 but back to 255 10/21. I am sure (most) has to be fluid retention but it still made me call the scale an ugly name.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
