Gonna work on my stick-figure arms today.

I've got a 200+ calorie surplus from last night, so time to dissolve some energy at the gym.

Today is the newly-minted "Pizza-Pizza Day". A tiny bowl of oatmeal to get going and then a Little Caesar's Extramostbestest pizza split between post-workout and dinnertime.

3100+ calories will give me another day of surplus. Looking for a woosh later in the week, but until then, just watching to see what the numbers do!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
