Off to a good start. I got up this morning and did Power 90 sculpt. It was VERY difficult. I couldn't even do the 15 reps and I had to take lots of breaks in between. It shows out really out of shape I am because that tape used to be a breeze for me. It was certainly a reality check on my health, that's for sure! I ordered the Power90 supplements today because they really do aid in recovery. That way I'll be more apt to continue with it because I won't be so sore. It's very hot today and I feel exhausted. I'm just kind of hanging out and reading my book. So far I'm on track for points for the day. Oohh, I discovered a new treat. Weight watcher strawberry yogurt bars. They are 1 pt each and taste exactly like strawberry icecream. I love them!!! I'll be eating one every day for a treat. Yummy!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
