Okay, this is a new day and fresh start. I'm looking forward to what this week will bring. I've been doing some reading on this type of eating, learning a bit more each day. My husband is doing so well, he's excited about his progress. he keeps me motivated.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
