So I bought a ridiculous amount of chocolate, ingredients for cake pops and cookies yesterday. I will be eating some of those goodies over the coming week (no keto for a week 🤯). I’m going to try to not gain too much back. It will go up at least 5 lbs though since I’ll be eating carbs (water weight). Last night I ate an extra dark chocolate truffle 😱🤫 it only had 3 grams of sugar and 4 carbs lol My carb intake for the day was so low I don’t think it had any negative impact 🤷‍♀️😈
152.2 lb Lost so far: 56.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If I work out hard with the weights it seems to allow me to gain less weight when I take in a lot of carbs.

The main reason I’m going off keto is because my kids and I have a tradition, every valentines we bake together and eat lots of chocolates and watch a movie together. I don’t really want to change that. I also want to practice non keto weight loss. That’s not something I’m good at 😔

Dawnie, you can do it, no problem. I did keto awhile back, not long, but few a few months. Eating regular real food and like Rosio said, watch your portions, and you'll be fine. It's easier too. Well, for me anyway. 😊
