A change in my schedule this week has been a challenge that I'm dealing with. I can't wait to get back to my regular schedule. I didn't get a chance to cook like I'd hoped. I will make do with my quick pantry and freezer choices today. Happy Birthday to ME! I feel BLESSED to see another year!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
