Squeeze & Seated Raise

Just dragged out of bed. Still not better but lighter!!
242.7 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 132.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for your excellent advice. Guys can be stupid stubborn when we not looking you know.. was kind of wanting to sort things out myself but you are SO correct. Also, wow did not notice our “common starting points” - time to kickass and chew some gum (all outta gum)
