Hmm my body likes this number. I agree with it! When younger people would think I was odd but I tracked my weight and on days I felt really good I would see what I’d written down. Those days were almost always 122-124. That I remember that so vividly when I struggle with memory tells me that I did it enough for it to make an impression. It also tells me I stayed st that weight long enough for it to be one of my plateaus now. My body has found it’s comfort zone and doesn’t want to lose more for now. I’m good with that for now.

If hearing about sweets bothers you then stop reading now!

I bought donuts! Told the family they had to leave me one of the half dozen and if they did then tomorrow they could have the cinnamon rolls I bought. Only 4 of those so if I am tempted all I would get is half of the small one because my youngest will eat about half. Anyway, I skipped dry cereal and had the donut. Am I full? Nope. Am I satisfied? Nope. Would the cereal have been more filling? Yep lol. But it was oh so worth it! It’s game day so a high calorie day and I stopped about 1200 yesterday to allow for extra today. Who knows, I may take a sandwich if my aunts don’t call wanting to meet for lunch. Will probably splurge on the nachos as I’ve skipped them for the last several games. If they win we eat out wherever the kiddo wants to eat. Or if she does exceptionally well in the game, win or lose, we eat out. I also may be broke tonight. She’s not wanting to drive in and shoot and their center is out with a sprained ankle and broken foot. She will need to step it up as she can play all positions and is one of the taller girls. She gets $1 for every shot. We didn’t decide if the misses counted. I think maybe I should wait to see how many she takes lol. We discussed $1/shot and $1/point. I don’t want to emphasize winning but rather her playing better, quicker decisions and more confidence so the $1/shot seems a better deal to me. Bets and money have always been good motivators for her. I hope she doesn’t worry about it but it’s better than hearing her give up and say they’ll now lose the rest of the games with their center hurt. She is excited about the game again and was telling me how she would pull up and shoot at which places on the court.
