mysize10's Journal, 31 January 2019

My big challenge with this eating plan is that I'm stuffed. I'm not hungry and have to force dinner in order to get my three meals in. I stop eating by 5pm and start at 9am and have to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner during my eating window yet, I've not been hungry these few days of eating LCHF-Keto.

i would say do not force eat. If you feel full just eat a lot less. You are full because your body is using your stored fat and you want your body to use your stored fat

The key to it for me was to increase the fat content and reduce the intake volume. I say that with some humility because I have always been a volume eater. You know, eat low calorie foods, so that you can have lots of it. But, that didn't work for me, I was still fat and gaining instead of losing. This high fat, lower volume (LCHF_Keto) is working and I'm not hungry. It's hard to get your head around...but it's working for me.

I agree with Liv - if you aren't hungry don't eat. Your body will be just fine with that; it will let you know when it needs feed. That is one of the greatest hurdles many people have (myself included) is realizing that I need to eat to live not live to eat...so eat when I am actually hungry and when I am not hungry I recognize that it is okay to not eat.

The con of not eating when not hungry to meet your calories for a diet is the metabolic adaption.
