Yesterday was a lift day and I enjoyed working out. I ate under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .4% and is back in my desired range. It's been 30 days since my status line has been "Blue." It's nice to be back. The big challenge is to keep my body fat in range for awhile...
155.3 lb Lost so far: 29.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
