Steady at 293 after a happy hour farewell for my friend Maria. The five beers were covered, but I had a chicken breast and then some snacks at home. Have a nice four day weekend coming up that will allow me to go low cal and catch up to my average.
293.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
