Starting intermittent fasting day 2. Gain a little bit of water weight back from the fat fast. Almost ate a Costco sample, but spit it back out after two chews. Lol!
126.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
