Back to the gym. Ate all that sugary stuff yesterday, so glycogen should be topped off!

Was in a caloric deficit, so regardless the quality of food, I still dropped - insulin being high and all!

149.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My trainer is killing me hahahahaha 8 super sets of 6 exercises 15 reps yesterday. lifting again feels great💪 hard part is not building muscle while you do it
