Burn baby burn...to say I was happy...understatement...spread the positive energy around to everyone...results I’m seeing on scales both in weight loss and fat loss percentage...like wow...guess doing a zwift ride yesterday..even though it was climbing hills in zwift..paid off...just amazed...yes it takes consistency...

Raining today..48 outside..all the snow has been replaced by mud..but who cares..lol...lest the ice is gone..

Headed to Walmart later to restock...stay ahead..

Thinking of taking today off from zwift..last day off was Saturday...or 50-60 miles ago...guess taking a day off is good...need to prep chicken once again...

Reset my Fitbit to a new goal setting..just doing 5 pound goals easier to hit...more focused that way..

Ordered new riding bibs..they come today..new padding to wear tomorrow...

I feel like dancing in recliner...I looked back last night..took me 80 days to hit this goal..but part of those days was figuring out what body could and couldn’t eat without storing fat and taking weight up..once I figured that out..started doing Omad..no more 2day fasting...just eat my meal..and go back into fasting mode...and it works for me....

Welp...that time again..I feel like dancing...dancing...lol...

I can't dance to save my life. (NO rhythm, NO coordination, even as a girl!) I'm sure I'm not as bad as Seinfeld's Elaine Benes, but...
