Yesterday was a lift day. I got in a low intensity workout, ate at 100% of goal and met all activity goals. BF up. 2% and is back out of range...
157.2 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@Srossca, I use my bathroom scales. I know there are other methods that may be more accurate but it's easy, fast and consistent. I have compared the results to calipers and they were close. The calipers readings were actually lower... @Chrisw77, Thanks, I'm still trying. I would like to get my body fat lower so if it fluctuates it is still within my desired range...

So the low voltage goes up one leg, crosses at 🍌, and down the other leg?? 🤔

Getting an accurate determination of body fat can be expensive and cost prohibitive. Most people only get it done a few times a year outside of their homes. I wish FS tracked body fat. I agree with Chris77. Bathroom scales are good for gauging a baseline and changes...

Bodpod by me is $50- Dexa Groupon last year was around $90. No reason to do either more than once a year unless you're an elite fitness athlete 💪🏻

Those numbers are great. You should expect to gain a little weight after a heavy lifting day. The lifting causes a little inflammation which translates to more weight on the scale. I usually gain about a pound after leg days, but it will come off after a rest day.
