Experimenting with a fat fast today. I ate a little more carbs and calories yesterday for the sake of science. Since the start of the new year I lost 3.14% of my body weight. Slow and steady and I don’t feel deprived. Day 1 of IF
129.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
