Today the scales went up & that's ok, as I will hold myself accountable with every loss & every gain. I think this may just have been water retention so I'm not too concerned. Week 3 strict keto!
176.8 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
