Terrible food choices and alcohol messed up my progress. Back on track today, we'll see what tomorrow brings. Have a healthy day 🙋

I was just too inundated with home that I really got sidetracked with the food. I have recently adjusted my calorie intake from 1300 to 1200 and I wound up eating more, but I'm back on track as of Monday morning. 😁😇
