2 lbs! Really!!! Under calories for the day, and it was trash night so extra energy spent. So was it not finishing my dinner until after 9:30 pm, or the Hershey Hugs I indulged in at work? Not worried, it'll be that much bigger a loss for me to record tomorrow, right? Right

Another load of laundry done, 2 more pieces from last week into the donation bag.

Dont stress. Stick to the plan. This stuff happens weighing yourself each day. I went up a couple ticks today too even though i ate under my goal. I also have days where I lose over a pound though so its all about the trend
