losing 10.5 lb a week

The best part about fast progress -- even if by itself it isn't sustainable -- is that it's inspirational. looking at my chart and reading that I'm losing 10 pounds a week (obviously I'm not going to lose 100 pounds in 10 straight weeks), it gets me excited and makes me want to run, do pushups, work out like a madman (don't worry, I know better and won't go crazy and hurt myself) and stick to my diet.
That compound effect is what really makes it work :)
