I was a lill worried I might not lose anything again. No exercise all weekend 😒😞 and I’ve been eating sugar free bars (like Atkins) and candy. I don’t think my body likes them. I guess a should stop eating them 😑

@CrashtestDawnie - My body does not like the sugar free bars either.. but I had two over the weekend... (sigh)

The oh snap! bars are really really good but I think they throw me out of ketosis everytime I eat one 🙄
