Aaaand - we're back up 1 1/2 lbs, grrr! Today I am back at work, back to tracking & hopefully back to exercising. I found it a little easier to say "No thanks" to junk food yesterday, & today I DID NOT get a donut when I filled the gas tank. I managed to walk on the treadmill for about 3 miles yesterday as well. Over the past week I fell off of exercising because of pain in the neck & right shoulder, hopefully that's gone. No reason I can't do cardio anyway. I've been yelling at the fat lady in the mirror, so not happy with my weight right now. That probably doesn't help any. Also, my hubby has gained some 10 lbs over the holidays, but January is always a little easier to eat healthier. Just gotta get my groove back!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ave you considered lifting weight and resistance training?

Yes, I keep thinking I'll start lifting weights, but so far it hasn't happened yet. Maybe Wednesday....
