Staying the course even with my husband bringing home temptation. Now the hardest part for me is the weekend.

My 14 day post op appt went well. My pathologies came back clear!! It did confirm the endometriosis and my doctor said along with the one large fibroid that I had multiple fibroids. I am looking forward to feeling better now!

I know I have full blown menopause to deal with now that the ovaries are gone, but at least I won't be wondering if I have ovarian cancer growing in me. They say low carb/keto helps to control menopause symptoms. One more reason to be eating/living this lifestyle!
226.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
