Down another lb, I expect the weight loss will start slowing down now. This is day 3 of tracking at home. It's always easier to track at work, since I'm in front of a computer all day. I have to make more of an effort at home. I got on the treadmill last night, but was only able to run 1 1/2 miles before my knee started hurting. Slowed down to walking speed & managed to get in 40 minutes total. Most of the holiday junk food is gone, Ron & I had the last of the cheesecake yesterday. Tonight I'll be over at my daughter's, and I think she said she'd send out for Chinese food. Not bad, but I need to watch it. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to run a bit more, we'll see.
152.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you tried the elliptical instead of running? Much less impact on the knees

If it still hurts give it a good rest or just as HBC says try something else for a bit.
