Hope everyone is having a safe and happy holiday. Not tracking until New Year's. Just too much going on, and not enough of the place's that I'm eating at have Nutritional pages, or are on the site. Just crossing my fingers and trying to exercise a modicum of control.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
