Tired of eating!

I start a 4 day cut on Wednesday morning. I plan to hit the gym and/or run each day. I expect to be tired-tired-tired, but, after 4 solid days of eating I am also tired so perhaps I'm tired because I'm old? Haha Or is it the coffee? Because I have also been hitting the caffeine really hard these past weeks...

@Keilin_4 - Yes! Not gaining 10 pounds was a success. I think running 5-7 miles a day really helped with that. I did learn that I cannot eat more than 2,000 calories a day and not gain 2 pounds a day.

I will keep you company on your fast and caffeine intake. Trying a hard reset after a couple of days of free-range grazing and no measuring.

@Officially39 - It's a deal! So far today I feel better already. Tomorrow morning I hope to wake up feeling 'normal' consuming only 700 calories and 8 net carbs.

@nikeit - I hope to drop 4 pounds over the next 4 days and only gain 4 pounds over the 4 days New Year's Holiday. Then On January 2nd I will be in 'Beast Mode" for the remainder of January :)
