MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
Yesterday I ate under goal, missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up .5% My holiday season goal is to log everything as usual and continue normal activity including workouts.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
